EPA Issues New Renewable Fuel Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency released a much-anticipated new Renewable Fuel Standard Wednesday that penalizes corn-based ethanol for international indirect land use changes, despite an aggressive push back from biofuels and agriculture groups.
